Mary Ann Oselinsky

April 16, 1945 — January 31, 2023

Mary Ann Oselinsky

Mary Ann Oselinsky was a caring wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She left this world peacefully on January 31, 2023, at age 77.

She was born to Anna and Paul Delman on April 16, 1945 in Johnson City, NY. In 1965 she married Fr. Dimitri Oselinsky, and they would go on to have two loving daughters, Nadine and Elaine. Their life would take them to serve five Russian Orthodox parishes: Alpha, PA, Mayfield, PA, Herkimer, NY, Clifton, NJ and Bethlehem, PA. In this role, Mary Ann found her life calling to be a welcoming presence to all she encountered.

Her life was dedicated to putting others needs before her own. She was a devoted Matushka to the various Russian Orthodox parishes that her and Fr. Dimitri served. She thrived within the parish community and made life-long connections with those she interacted. Whether it was through camaraderie while baking at the church or writing a heartfelt letter, Mary Ann had a way of making friends feel like family.

Mary Ann is survived by her adoring husband, Dimitri, beloved daughters, Nadine Salamoni and Elaine Mastropaolo, dear Son-In-Laws, Sal Salamoni, and Jeff Mastropaolo, and cherished grandchildren, Matthew Salamoni and Sarah Mastropaolo. Her family was her pride and joy. She was a dedicated, loving wife and mother, she treasured her children and embraced every moment with them. Perhaps her greatest role was that of grandmother, she loved and adored her grandchildren with all her heart. She will be dearly missed and remain forever in our hearts.
