Nallie Leona Green

Nallie Leona Green, age 95, of Gainesville, GA., passed away Tuesday, October 1, 2019. Leona is preceded in death by her husband, George Green; brothers, Lee, Monroe, and Ollie Abernathy; sister, Inez Abernathy; step granddaughter, Mary Simmons.

She is survived by her sister, Dollie Carter; step daughter and her husband, Linda and Bill Truelove; step daughter, Carolyn Tant; step grandchildren, Karen (John) Benson, Jason (Beth) Truelove, Steve Simmons, Phillip (Dawn) Simmons; 4 great grandchildren; nephew and his wife, Keith and Kathleen Carter.

Funeral services will be held Friday, October 4, 2019 at Ingram Funeral Home Chapel at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Bud Sutton officiating.

Interment in Hopewell Baptist Church Cemetery in Milton, GA.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 1:00 p.m. until hour of service.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to a church building fund of your choice.
