Nancy Jane Kerr

Nancy Jane Kerr, age 78 passed away at Embracing Hospice on Saturday, March 7th, 2009. Nancy retired from St. Joseph Hospital as a medical transcriptionist after 20 years of loyal service. In her earlier years she worked in Washington D.C. in the Naval Department for Admiral Byrd.

Survivors include her son, Rob & Jahna Kerr of Roswell, GA; daughter, Valerie & Kim Mitchell of Oakwood, GA; brother, Rider & Robin Hawkins of Pontiac, Michigan. Four grandchildren and three great grandchildren also survived.

A Memorial Service will be held at 4 p.m. on Monday, March 9th, 2009 at Byars Funeral Home with Rev. Stacy Thomas officiating.
