Nelda Mastin passed away surrounded by the love of her family. She shared 63 wonderful years of marriage with her devoted husband, James Mastin. Nelda loved spending time with her family, enjoyed going on cruises, and was an avid reader who always appreciated a good book. She also had a deep love for music and enjoyed playing the piano. Known for her quick wit and sarcastic humor, she had a special way of making people laugh and keeping everyone on their toes.

She is survived by her husband, James Mastin; her daughters, Carla Mastin, Debbie Mastin Rapson (spouse David Rapson), Brenda Mastin Ashby (spouse Mike Ashby), and Stephanie Mastin Cowart (spouse Justin Cowart); and her son, Jim Mastin Jr. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Shane Rapson (spouse Brooke Rapson), Brandon Rapson, Lauren Mastin, and Emily Ashby; and her great-grandchildren, Hadassah Rapson and Titus Rapson.

Nelda will be remembered for her deep love of family, her sharp sense of humor, and the joy she brought to everyone who knew her.
