Noah W. Stapler

Noah W. Stapler, age 86 of Cumming, originally of Ocee Community, went home to be with our Lord and Savior, June 2, 2016 at 4:45 pm at home surrounded by family. Noah loved gardening, trout fishing, bird-watching in his spare time. A true outdoorsman. Noah served with the Army by training Rangers in Dahlonega during the Korean War along with a Guerilla Warfare Trainer and was in the reserve for six years after. Noah is survived by his wife, Margaret Stapler; his daughters, Cheryl Millholland, Teresa Shook, Sherry Myrick, Lori Stapler; sons-in-law, Raymond Shook, Ronnie Millholland,; grandchildren, Stan Lee, John Luck, Bret Myrick; as well as great grandchild, Noah Lee. Noah was preceded in death by Thomas Stapler and Ara Stapler. Funeral services will be held Sunday, June 5, 2016 at 12:00 pm at Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Stan Lee and Rev. Jackie Payne officiating. Interment will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 3:00 pm until 9:00 pm and Sunday from 10:00 am until hour of service.
