Patricia Kay Lowe
Patricia Kay Lowe, 71, of Cumming, Ga., passed away Thursday, Sept. 24, 2015, after a brief illness.
A native of Diamond, W.V., Lowe was a graduate of West Virginia University. She was preceded in death by her husband, Easterly Delmar Lowe Jr.
She is survived by daughter Blayne Lowe Ellis and son-in-law Charles Ellis of Cumming; daughter Melynda Lowe Garten and son-in-law Mel Garten of Stockbridge; and four grandchildren.
