Patricia Ann Indermill

Patricia Ann (Ann) Indermill, 73, peacefully passed away June 26, 2025, in her home. Ann was born March 26, 1952, in Lawton, OK. to Betty and Nelmon Smith who preceded her in death. Ann grew up in the Chattanooga, TN area graduating from Central High School in 1970.

Ann and Jim Indermill were married June 1, 1974. Ann and Jim were a couple since her junior year in high school. They lived in Pensacola, FL., Oklahoma City, OK, Birmingham, AL, Cary, NC before moving to Duluth, GA. in 1996. Ann and Jim stayed in Duluth after they had retired in 2009.

During her life Ann taught aerobics and managed some retail businesses, she enjoyed many hobbies including playing tennis and golf.

Ann had a unique ability to bring people together. She had a passion for creating an environment in her home to entertain family and friends. Her themed parties were anticipated and attended by many and created great memories for all who attended. She created many friendships that will be remembered throughout her friends lifetimes. An amazing part of her personality was encouraging her friends to become friends with each other. She has many friends who will remember her that were developed through her activities in the St Marlo Golf Club community and in the previous locations where they lived.

Ann most enjoyed being a mother to Kathy Leigh Bailey (Andrew) of Boise, ID and Melissa Kay Tieslau (Brian) of Sugar Hill, GA. Ann would do anything for her grandchildren, Daniel and Sarah Bailey and Miller, Baylor and Lucy Tieslau. She loved every moment of being their ‘Grann’ as they were the lights of her life. She loved to surprise them and spoil them with her gifts and her time.

In addition to Jim, her children and grandchildren, Ann is survived by her sister, Lise Williams (Steve) of Ooltewah, TN and several nieces and nephews.
