Perry Dean Phillips, 54, of Dawsonville, Georgia passed away suddenly on June 5th, 20123.
The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home on Sunday from the hours of 5-9 pm. Graveside services will be held on Monday, June 10th, 2013 at Big Creek Cemetery, Alpharetta, GA. at 11:30 am.
