Perry Hester

Perry Hester, age 79, of Cumming, GA, passed away on Monday, January 3, 2022. He was born on June 16, 1942, to the late Earnest and Nellie Hester. He was a member of Roanoke Baptist Church in Cumming, GA. He retired from Bowen & Bowen after working for over 30 years. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by several brothers and sisters.

He is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Matilda "Tillie" Hester; children, David (Gail) Hester, Darrell (Alice) Hester, Loria (James) Theus, and Linda (Bill) Holcombe; siblings, Steve (Debra) Hester, and Doyline Bagley; 10 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 8, 2022, at 3:00 p.m. in the chapel of Ingram Funeral Home with Rev. Clark Watson officiating. Interment will follow at Sawnee View Gardens.
