Randy William Pruitt

Randy William Pruitt, 49, a lifelong resident of Forsyth County passed away Wednesday, August 2, 2023. Randy was an amazing father to his daughter that he lovingly referred to as “baby girl”. He loved being in the outdoors and loved his Mama’s biscuits and sister, Donna’s, gospel singing. He had a very giving heart and always enjoyed making people laugh. Randy was a member of Liberty Baptist Church and is preceded in death by his father, William Pruitt; sister, Carolyn Pruitt Rogers; and a nephew, Cody Rogers; grandparents, Marie and Luther Pruitt and Ivory and Bunnie Dishroom.

Survivors include his daughter, Maci Pruitt and her mother, Marcie Samples Pruitt; mother, Lenora Pruitt; sister and brother-in-law, Donna Pruitt Swafford and Paul Swafford; niece, Ciarra Swafford and a number of aunts, uncles and cousins.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, August 5, at 3:00 p.m. at the Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Paul Swafford, Rev. Shane Dyer, Rev. Michael Rollins and Rev. Dennis Bottoms officiating. Interment will follow at Sawnee View Gardens.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday from 3:00 to 9:00 p.m.
