Raymond Stephen Carver

Mr. Raymond Stephen Carver, age 83, of Cumming passed away Saturday, December 1, 2012. A native of Atlanta, Mr. Carver was a Korean War veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps and retired after 40 years as an engineer with AT He was very active in the youth program at Medlock Park in Decatur, GA for many years and was a member of Unicoi Springs Camping Resort in Helen, GA for 27 years. Survivors include his wife, Pat Carver of Cumming; daughter and son-in-law, Donna and Rob Morris of Cumming; sons and daughters-in-law, Rick and Debra Carver of Dahlonega, John and Pam Carver of Dawsonville; 3 sisters, 1 brother, 11 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, December 5, at 1:00 p.m. at the Ingram Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Westview Cemetery in Atlanta. The family will receive friends at Ingram Funeral Home on Tuesday from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. and on Wednesday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service.
