Rev. Thomas W. Terry

Rev. Thomas W. Terry, age 68 of Cumming, GA passed away Wednesday, November 25, 2009. He was a member of New Hope Baptist Tabernacle Church in Lilburn, GA and previously pastored Mt. Calvary Baptist Church and New Hope Baptist Tabernacle. He was preceded in death by his parents, Greenberry and Alene Terry and half brother, Denny Logan. Survivors include his wife of 47 years, Gerry Terry of Cumming; daughter and son-in-law, Connie and Terry Lee of Cumming; grandchildren, Ryan Thomas Lee of Cumming and Terry Lee, Jr. of Cartersville; sister and brother-in-law, Wilma and Frank Redfoot of Gainesville; brother, Warren Terry of Jellico, TN and half sister, Shirley Brown of California. A Funeral Service will be held Saturday, November 28, 2009 at 11:00 am at Mt. Calvary Baptist Church with Rev. Jimmy Lord, Rev. Buddy Gibson and Rev. Tony Roughton officiating. Rev. Terry will lie in state beginning at 10:00 am. Interment will follow at Boling Spring Baptist Church Cemetery in Alpharetta. The family will receive friends Friday, Nov. 27th from 2:30 pm until 9:00 pm. Ingram Funeral Home Crematory, Cumming, GA is in charge of the arrangements.
