Richard Eugene Phillips

Richard Eugene Phillips, age 59, of Blue Ridge, passed away Saturday, December 20th, 2014. He was preceded in death by his wife, Tracy Buck; parents, James and Louise Phillips; brother, Kenny Phillips. Survivors include his daughter, Rikki Phillips of North Carolina; brothers and sisters, Robert (Sandy) Phillips of Blue Ridge, Kathy (Michael) Whiten of Lawrenceville, Jerry (Tammy) Phillips of Winder, Mickey (Peggy) Phillips of Norcross, Larry (Debbie) Phillips of Flowery Branch; many nieces and nephews also survive. Memorial services will be held Saturday, December 27th at 1:00 pm in the Chapel of Ingram Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Saturday at 12:00 noon until hour of the service.
