Richard Steven Blanquet

Richard Steven Blanquet, age 70, passed away on November 29, 2010. He was born in Brooklyn, NY. January 17, 1940. He is survived by his loving wife, Candace (Reynolds) Blanquet; daughters, Pauline and (Charles) Bythewood and Kerry and (Peter) Anderson; grandchildren, Cameron, Charlotte & Heather Bythewood, Adelynn & Chase Anderson; sister, Arlene Zawol.

He was a graduate of Duke University with a PhD in Biology. He retired from Georgetown University after 33 years as a Professor of Biology.

He and his loving wife Candace have resided in Cumming,GA for the past 3 years. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Parkinsons Research. Byars Funeral Home & Cremation Services is in charge of arrangements.
