Robert "Bob" Preston Maple

Robert "Bob" Preston Maple, age 64, of Flowery Branch, GA passed away on Tuesday, July 6, 2021. Bob attended Free Chapel Church in Gainesville, GA. He enjoyed playing drums and bowling. Bob was a kind, loving, and selfless man. He was always funny and knew how to put a smile on your face. Bob was a big teddy bear in many ways, and he always loved spending time with his family. He is preceded in death by his mother, Deanna Maple.

He is survived by his father, Robert Maple of Portsmouth, Ohio; former wife, Alexis Maple, children, Madison Maple, Mackenzie Maple, Margaret Maple, Matthew Maple, and Logan Harden; grandchildren, Jace, Greyson, and Claire; along with many other loving relatives and friends.

A celebration of life will be held Thursday, July 15, 2021, at 4:00 p.m. in the chapel of Ingram Funeral Home in Cumming, GA, with Chaplain Bruce Petty officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 3:00 p.m. until the hour of service.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to No Longer Bound in honor of Bob.
