Robert Alonzo (Lonnie) Knight

Robert Alonzo (Lonnie) Knight, 74, of Suwanee, GA passed away Wednesday, January 10, 2024. A native of Baton Rouge, LA Lonnie was friendly, outgoing and caring; most important, though, was his family. He worked in information technology for State Farm for over 50 years. Lonnie is preceded in death by his mother, Viola G. Knight; father, Robert A. Knight; and brothers, Gerald Allen Knight and Kenneth Reid Knight.

Survivors include his wife, Meizhen Wu Knight; stepdaughters, Jessie Arnold and Lily Pan; brother, William Timothy Knight; sons-in-law, Bruce Zhang, Irvin Arnold and several nieces and a nephew.

Graveside funeral services will be held Saturday, January 20, at 2:00 p.m. (CST) at Town Creek Cemetery in Auburn, AL. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday, January 19, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m.
