Robert Leon McCann

Robert Leon McCann, age 83, of Cumming, passed away Saturday, July 27, 2013. Bob loved flying and had logged over 19,000 hours. He enjoyed traveling, boating, sailing and the breakfast club at Krystal. He owned several businesses including a construction company, two coal mines and was Vice President of Morgan Stanley. Bob enjoyed life to the fullest. Survivors include his wife, Charlene McCann of Cumming; son and daughter-in-law, Robb and Hayden McCann of Madison, WI; daughter, Renee Shelton of West Palm Beach, FL; 8 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; step-daughters, Cathy Jo Lipsey of Cumming and Staci Pratt of Cumming; and a number of other relatives. Memorial services will be held Wednesday, July 31st at 12:00 noon at Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Travis Bridgeman officiating. The family will receive friends at Ingram Funeral Home on Wednesday from 11:00 am until hour of the service. Ingram Funeral Home & Crematory, Cumming, Georgia is in charge of arrangements.
