Ron Jay Gonzales

Ron Jay Gonzales, age 68 of Cumming, passed away on Friday, August 14, 2015. Ron was a retired Colonel in the United States Marine Corps. He was very active in ALTA tennis and was a former Forsyth County poll chair at Chattahoochee River Club for 12 years. He was preceded in death by his son, Victor Gonzales; father, Joe Gonzales. He is survived by his wife of 20 years, Cathy Gonzales of Cumming; children, Stephanie and Rafael Manias of Texas, Scott and Minna Baughman of California; mother, Mollie Gonzales of California; sister and brother-in-law, Barbara and Bill Peters of California; brother and sister-in-law, Joe and Scarlett Gonzales of California; grandchildren, Harris, Daphne, Dhillon, Grayson and Holden; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Ali and Liz Nezhat; nephews, Tony Peters, Paul Peters and Chris Gonzales. The family will receive friends on Monday August 17th from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm. Ingram Funeral Home & Crematory, Cumming, Georgia is in charge of arrangements.
