Roy Eugene Bruce, age 80, of Cumming, GA, passed away on November 22, 2021. He was born in Athens, TN, on December 15, 1940. He retired from AT&T. He is preceded in death by his wife, Joann Bruce; parents, Roy and Ollie Mae Bruce; siblings, Larry Bruce, Franky Bruce, Holbert Bruce, Billy Bruce, Donna Bruce, Virginia Bruce, Brenda Swofford; daughter-in-law, Lorie Bruce.

He is survived by his children, Alesha Bruce, Randy Bruce, Darla Ash; grandchildren, Roger (Jennifer) Brookshire, Christopher (Rondlynn) Brookshire, Casey (Brittany) Brookshire, Amber Bruce, Lexi Bruce, Katlyn Ash; great grandchildren, Eric Brookshire, Bethany Brookshire, Kenleigh Brookshire, Case Brookshire, Cohen Brookshire; siblings, Marie Bennett, Frances Hembree, Rosie Bruce, Debra (Ricky) Faucett.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, November 26, 2021, at 4:00 PM, in the chapel of Ingram Funeral Home with Rev. L.C. Bennett officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 10:00 AM until the hour of service.
