Sandra Ann Caton

Mrs. Sandra (Sandy) Ann Caton 79 of Cumming departed this life May 15, 2025. Sandy was born in England to her parents, Cecil and Gwenneth Thompson Roberts before moving to Canada as a baby. Sandy lived in this area for over 43 years having moved from Canada to Georgia in 1982, spent 7 years in The Villages, Florida before returning to Cumming in 2013 to be near family. After 5 years of dating, Sandy married Wayne Caton on June 10, 1967, and they would have celebrated 58 years of marriage on June 10. Sandy attended First Redeemer Church, where she was a volunteer and a member of two Bible groups. In her younger years, she was an avid tennis & golf player and has always been a huge sports fan in general. More recently she enjoyed playing Bunco and Canasta. Above all, her greatest pride was her family, and she was always present for life's most meaningful milestones. Sandy is preceded in death by her parents, Cecil and Gwenneth Roberts, grandparents, mother-in-law, Viola Caton, father-in-law, Edward Caton, and brother-in-law, Stu Little.

Survivors include her loving husband of nearly 58 years, Wayne Caton, children and their spouses, Shawn Caton (Laura) and Tanya Hague (Chad), grandchildren, Chase Hague, Sophie Caton, Ashton Hague and Bryce Hague, siblings, Pat Pedersen (John), Sue Little, Robin Roberts (Joanne), Rick Roberts (Tracey).

A visitation will be held on Thursday, May 29, 2025 at 1:00 PM, followed by a Celebration of Life at 2:00 PM at First Redeemer
