Sandra Honea Phillips

Sandra (Sandy) Honea Phillips, 65, of Blue Ridge passed away Monday, July 29, 2024. Sandy was known as strong-willed and having many friends. She had a wonderful sense of humor and had a giving heart; she loved her family and friends beyond measure. Sandy was of the Baptist faith. She is preceded in death by her parents, Jacqueline Coggins and Emory Honea; brothers, Billy Honea and Glenn Mulkey; and her grandson, Tyler Blackburn.

Survivors include her husband, Randy Phillips; daughter, Michelle Honea Howe; grandchildren, Hunter Blackburn, Cassie Blackburn Hyder; great grandchildren, Fisher Hyder, David Blackburn, Walker Hyder, Emberly Blackburn; brother, Joseph Coggins.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, August 3, at 2:00 p.m. at the Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Rodney Owens officiating. Entombment will follow at the Sawnee View Gardens Mausoleum.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. and Saturday from 12:00 p.m. until the time of the service.
