Shirley Jean Kelley, age 79 of Cumming Georgia passed away December 6, 2016. Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, December 9, 2016 at Byars Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the Funeral Home Thursday, December 8, 2016 from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m.
