Thad Packett Hamby, Jr., age 77, of Cumming, passed away Sunday, August 31st, 2014. Survivors include his wife of 53 years, Linda Hamby of Cumming; sons and daughters-in-law, Jeff and Kimberly Hamby of Cumming, Allen and Diane Hamby of Lawrenceville, Daniel and Melanie Hamby of Loganville; 6 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren. Graveside services will be held Monday, September 1st at 11:00 am at Sawnee View Memorial Gardens with Rev. Ken Griffis officiating.
