Tonya Rena' Cowart

Tonya Rena’ Cook Cowart, age 44, of Dawsonville, GA., passed away on Friday, July 3, 2026. She was preceded in death by her father, Gary “Jerry” Cook. Tonya enjoyed knitting and crafts. She had a passion for cosmetology and loved spending time with her family. She also enjoyed camping in the North GA. Mountains.

She is survived by her husband of 17 years, Jeffery Cowart; her children, Eli Cowart, Tara Cowart and Allison Cowart; her mother, Vicki Day Cook; her brother, Josh Cook.

Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, July 8, 2026, at 11:00 am at Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Phillip Cochran officiating. Interment will be at Greenlawn Cemetery at 1:00 pm.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, from 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm and on Wednesday from 9:00 am until time of service.
