Tracy Gayle Turner

Tracy Gayle Turner passed away on Friday, May 12, 2023, at the age of 61. Tracy was born on October 6, 1961, to Billy Franklin and Jean Hails in Huntsville, Alabama. Tracy is predeceased by her mother, Jean in 2007. 

Tracy is survived by her father, Billy Franklin; children Tiffany Bowar and Timmy Turner; grandchildren Wesley Bowar, Wade Bowar, Addy Bowar, and Easton Bowar; brother Kelly Lewis and sister Kim. 

Tracy was known for her love of the beach, specifically Panama City Beach – where she owned a condo. However, the only thing that Tracy loved more than Panama City Beach was her family, especially her grandchildren. Tracy’s family was very important to her. 

The funeral for Tracy will be held on Thursday, May 18, 2023, at 11:00 AM in the Chapel of Ingram Funeral Home. The family will accept visitors on Wednesday, May 17, 2023, from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
