Virginia Jane Barnett

Virginia Jane Barnett, loving wife, mother and grandmother, age 82, of Cumming, passed away Thursday, April 25, 2013. She was a member of Cumming Baptist Church and worked at Forsyth County Hospital as a Registered Nurse for 25 years. She loved taking care of others. She is preceded in death by her husband, Lellon Barnett; son, Dennis Wall; parents, Edward and Christine Upshaw and sister, Sandra Bagwell. Survivors include her daughter, Connie Wright of Alpharetta; grandchildren, Bryan Hamrick of Atlanta, Christy and Jason Albert of Cumming, Leina and James Douka of Dawsonville, Jordan Wall Of Jasper; great grandchildren, Tristian Cook, Justin Albert, Logan Hinton, Andrew Albert, Alyssa Douka; nephews, Kenneth Bagwell, Keith Bagwell, John Bagwell; Jason Dudley and other loving relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held Sunday, April 28 at 4:00 p.m. in the chapel of Ingram Funeral Home with. Interment will follow at Sawnee View Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 11 to 2 and 4 to 9 p.m., Sunday from 9 a.m. until the hour of service.
