William Billy Sherman Ray

William Sherman Billy Ray, age 81, of Cumming, GA, passed away on Sunday, October 22, 2017. He was a member of Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church and a veteran of the United States Navy. He was preceded in death by his wife, Louise Mooney Ray; parents, Thomas and Maggie Edwards Ray.

He is survived by his children, Steven Ray of Cumming, Kathy(Andy) Vaughan of Cumming, Tricia(Kenneth) Densmore of Cumming; grandchildren, Kayla (Jacob) Cox, Erin Ray, Hannah Ray, Morgan Ray, Mckenzie Ray, Kristi Vaughan, Kasey(Dustin) McKey, Missy (Tim) Daniel, Lori Densmore, Nathan (Tiffany) Densmore; great grandchildren, Emmett Cox, Taylor Daniel, Noah Daniel, Leighton, Hayes and Sutton Densmore.

Funeral services will be Saturday, October 28, 2017, at 4:00 p.m. at Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jamie Sanford and Rev. Randy Richards officiating. Interment to follow in Sawnee View Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, October 26, 2017 from 6pm to 9pm, Friday 9am to 9pm and Saturday 11am until time of service.
