William J. Pugh

William J. Pugh, 67, of Andrews, NC, formerly of Cumming, GA, passed away Friday, October 17th, 2014. He was a member of Friendship Baptist Church and attended Old Fashioned Baptist Church in Murphy, NC. He was a hard worker, loved his church and family and never met a stranger. Loving husband, wonderful loving father, best Paw Paw in the world. William loved the outdoors, cleaning up cars and his dog, Rocky. Survivors include his wife of 44 years, Jeanette Pugh of Andrews, NC; children, William Alex and Tabatha Pugh of Rosman, NC, Travis and Chrystal Pugh of Hayesville, NC; Denise and Yogi Allen of Andrews, NC; 14 grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Thursday, October 23st at 12:00 noon in the chapel of Ingram Funeral Home with Rev. Hoyt Brown and Rev. Nathan Rose officiating. Interment will follow at Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Ingram Funeral Home on Wednesday from 6:00 until 9:00 p.m. and Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until hour of the service.
