William Lewis Scott III "Woody", age 31, of Ball Ground, Georgia, passed away on December 16, 2025. Born on May 29, 1994, Woody brought warmth, laughter, and light into the lives of all who knew him.
His family meant everything to him, and he showed his love not just through words, but through his presence, loyalty, and care.
He was a loving husband to Clarisse Scott. Woody was a loving father to son, Aiden Scott, and daughter, Cailey Guan. He was a cherished son to Minette Geer and William "Woody" Scott II, a loving brother to Connor Scott and Lauren Geer, and a devoted brother-in-law to Eric Roulette. Woody took special joy in being an uncle to his nephews, Logan, Ryder, and Hunter Roulette, whom he adored deeply and loved wholeheartedly.
Woody had a way of lighting up any room he entered. His smile, humor, and genuine kindness made people feel seen and welcome. He shared a special bond with his siblings and nephews, always finding ways to connect, laugh, and make memories together. Time spent with family was what he treasured most.
An avid football fan, Woody enjoyed cheering on the Florida Gators and sharing that excitement with his mom. He also had a love for travel and adventure, finding joy in exploring new places and experiencing the world beyond home with his wife. These moments reflected his curiosity, his openness, and his appreciation for life. Woody and his father always enjoyed a little competition playing billiards against one another. Woody shared a rare and special bond with his big sister, built on trust, loyalty, and unconditional love. From childhood into adulthood, they were each other’s safe place, the ones who could keep secrets and guard them faithfully. Woody never missed an opportunity for some friendly competition with his brother and nephews, whether it be video games or weightlifting, he always reminded them he was the GOAT.
